License Agreement
This License Agreement describes the rights granted to active APOLLO subscribers for Beats downloaded from the catalog. Exclusive rights and bundle purchases are covered by their own terms at checkout.
1. Grant of License
While your subscription is active, Apollo grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, unlimited license to use each Beat you download (MP3, WAV, and stems) to create, record, and release your own original musical works (“Your Releases”).
2. What You Can Do
- Record vocals over the Beat and release the resulting song.
- Distribute, sell, and monetize Your Releases on unlimited platforms and stores (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Perform Your Releases live and use them in monetized and non-monetized videos.
- Keep your existing releases licensed forever — even if you later cancel your subscription. Cancelling only stops new downloads and new uses.
3. What You Cannot Do
- Sell, redistribute, or license the Beat or its stems as standalone audio, loops, or in a sample pack or competing catalog.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the underlying instrumental (the composition and master remain Apollo’s).
- Register the Beat itself to any content-ID or licensing system in a way that blocks Apollo or other licensees; you may only enable content ID on Your Release as a whole.
- Use the Beat for unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
4. Non-Exclusivity
The same Beat may be licensed to other artists at the same time. If you want a Beat exclusively — sole ownership and removal from the catalog — an Exclusive License is available as a separate purchase; contact apollo@apollosbeats.com.
5. Credit
Producer credit (“Prod. by Apollo”) is appreciated and, where practical, requested on Your Releases.
6. Ownership
Apollo retains all ownership of the Beats, including the composition and master recording of the instrumental. This Agreement grants a license only and does not transfer title.
