Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read this policy before subscribing or purchasing.
1. Subscriptions
- Your subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account or through the Polar customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Because you receive immediate access to downloadable files, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods.
2. Bundles & One-Time Purchases
Bundles (such as the OMEGA Pack) and other one-time purchases grant instant access to downloadable files and are non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
3. Exceptions
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or cannot access what you paid for, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Refunds outside these cases are at our discretion and may be offered as account credit.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access.
